CHRA
The Cedar Hythe Residents Association was formed in 2023 to safeguard and promote the interests of residents and landlords of properties within Cedar Hythe on matters concerning housing and the environment. All residents and landlords of Cedar Hythe are invited to be Members of the Association. All members are invited to become committee members should they wish and committee positions are elected.

CHRA is committed to representing the views of all residents in Cedar Hythe fairly and objectively. CHRA will strive to work towards good relations amongst all community members, promoting, and representing the rights of Cedar Hythe residents.

The CHRA acts as a service to the residents of Cedar Hythe, ensuring they have access to relevant information and advice whenever they need it. As a collective source of information, the CHRA can advise on a range of matters including previous planning applications, restrictive covenants and any other relevant information that might aid and assist residents.
